A brief description of your request (e.g., "Please delete all my data from Pod").
If applicable, your unique user ID or account details.
Once we receive your request, we may need to verify your identity to ensure the security of your data. Verification may include:
Sending a confirmation email to the address associated with your account.
Requesting additional details, such as a recent transaction ID (if applicable).
After verification, we will:
Delete your personal data from our systems, including any backups.
Notify you once the process is complete.
Note: Some data may be retained if required by law (e.g., for tax or compliance purposes). In such cases, we will notify you about what data is retained and why.
Timeframe: We aim to process all data deletion requests within 30 days. If there are delays, we will notify you.
Account Termination: Deleting your data may result in the termination of your account and the loss of access to any services associated with it.
